Ordering Goods

By placing an order via AccessPanelStore.com, you are entering into a legally binding contract with Select Trade Brands Ltd and agree to all the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

Please ensure all billing and delivery details are correct before confirming your order, as amendments cannot be made once the order has been submitted. If incorrect details are provided, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting delays or additional costs, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist where possible.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automated email confirming that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed only when your order has been reviewed and accepted, and a despatch confirmation email has been issued.

In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock availability or other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will then be given the option to wait for the goods, select an alternative product, or receive a full refund.

While we strive to keep our website accurate and error-free, pricing or description errors may occur. If we discover an error after your order has been placed, we will contact you before accepting the order to confirm the correct details.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on AccessPanelStore.com are shown both excluding and including VAT at the current applicable rate. Any delivery charges will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

We make every effort to ensure that pricing and product information is accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing or description error is discovered after you have placed your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will then have the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or to cancel for a full refund. If we are unable to reach you, or if no response is received within 5 working days, the order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.

Prices may change without notice due to market conditions or other factors. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to offer price matching or retrospective adjustments for any price changes.

Full payment must be received and cleared before an order is despatched. If payment fails or is not authorised, the order will be cancelled.

To protect against fraud, we may carry out verification checks on the details provided at the time of ordering. These checks may include validating the name, address, and other information supplied against third-party databases. If we are unable to verify the information, or if discrepancies are identified, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Delivery

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Orders over £50 to UK mainland addresses qualify for free delivery, although some exclusions apply. Larger or heavier items that require pallet shipping may incur additional charges, which will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier disruptions, extreme weather, or other unforeseen events. This also applies to items shipped directly from manufacturers.

Some areas, including Northern Ireland, offshore islands, and remote locations, may not be covered by our standard delivery services. If delivery to your address is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.

Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received and delivery has been successfully completed to the address provided.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will usually make at least two further attempts. If the delivery cannot be completed, or if it is refused, the goods may be returned to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct the return courier fee from any refund issued.

If redelivery is required, additional delivery fees may apply, which will be confirmed before arrangements are made.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or fails to arrive, you must notify us within 5 working days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. We may request photographic evidence of any damage to assist with our investigation. Please retain all original packaging until advised, as it may be required for inspection. Claims reported outside of this timeframe may not be accepted, though this does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation

To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing by email. Orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch, so we recommend contacting us as soon as possible as we process orders quickly. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our Returns Procedure.

Please note that some made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun, unless the goods are faulty or not as described.

Returning Your Order

If you wish to return an item, you must notify us in writing by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we have confirmed your return, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including any accessories or documentation. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. Return shipping costs must be covered by you unless the item is faulty or not as described.

If returned goods are lost in transit, you will need to make a claim directly with the courier, as we cannot issue a refund or replacement until the items are received.

Legal Responsibility

Access Panel Store is not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, strikes, industrial action, extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, transport network failures, or other unforeseen disruptions.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business, data, or wages, arising from the use of our goods or services, except where such exclusions are not permitted by law.
