Delivery Options

Delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your basket.

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation, which will include tracking information where available.

Some remote or offshore locations, such as the Highlands and Islands, may not be covered by our standard service or may incur additional charges. If this affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss alternative arrangements.

Loft ladders are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are usually delivered within 5 working days.

Riser doors are made to order and typically delivered within 7-10 working days.
Lead times may be longer during busy periods, so if you have time constraints, please contact us before placing your order to confirm current delivery timeframes.
